W2-C Forms - Employer Federal - Copy A

Corrected Wage and Tax Statement. Use the W-2C Copy A (Employers Federal) form to correct information filed on the original W-2 form. Forms are 1-up sheets with no side perforations and are preprinted with red ink.

Order the quantity equal to the number of employees for which you need to file corrected returns.

NOTE - Some software vendors have not programed the W-2 Corrections form for print-out on their systems.  Please check with your vendor to see if your system can print this form.
